If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at H. H. Knoll Lakeview Park, 160 Sugarloaf St., Port Colborne

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://portcolbornelions.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 13, 2024.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Port Colborne Lions Club.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Port Colborne Lions Club or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Port Colborne Lions Club does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: gderuyte5@cogeco.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
